A Little Bit of Beach, A Little Bit of History. | Family Portrait Photographer Historic Yorktown Beach

Another fun filled family portrait session at what has become one of my favorite locations!  Yorktown Beach seems to have endless possibilities when it comes to a portrait session.  You've got the beach and the water, you have the history and quaint small town feel, and then you have the interesting natural elements of the area.  It really is a great spot!


This family was very sweet.  Both of the boys were great and very comfortable in front of the camera.  We had fun just walking around the beach and they even got brave enough to take their shoes and socks off! Here is a peek at their session.  Enjoy!

Me again...

So I have to do a little back story on this family.  I love this family, ok.  Not only are all of them absolutely adorable, they just always know what to do in front of the camera! I photographed the two oldest girls years ago-they were actually one of my first gigs! It's been so nice watching them grow, and now they've added a new member to the family and I am beyond honored that I was asked to do her newborn photos.   Here are a handful of images from her session.  Enjoy!

A Pinkalicious Themed Birthday Session | Yorktown, VA Children's Photographer

This session was a lot of fun! When Miss A's mom called and mentioned using 7 giant balloons I was thrilled!! I couldn't be happier with how these turned out!  She was an absolute doll to work with and the weather was better than I could have imagined for January!  So here you go...
